I am coming to the end of my Mini Barcelona Project, which is based around street art, and Gaudi. Its purpose is for me to understand the city and the kind of art there, before I do my main coursework in september/october when I will be visiting the city for a couple of days. It will be up on the PVA portfolio section of the site soon, but I am still working on the project at the moment. It starts by introducing Barcelona, then moves onto various art by Gaudi (such as Parc Guell), and then onto the theme of Street Art. A character which I have developed goes around various locations of the city, and talks about each piece of artwork, and the general background. UPDATE: See final piece on pva site and here

Hmm well my homeofflash.com domain is/has about to expire and wondered if its actually worth paying out for another year. I dont really work on it much now, and it doesnt have much of a purpose, other than to show off my creations. It was my first website that I created, so it is pretty basic, but it was quite popular at first. Well, I am going to have a think about it, but it looks like its the end for Home Of Flash at the moment.

I've thought about a theme for my website and considered re-designing this one - making a new portfolio website. Just a nice freshen up, and re-design would spice up the site...Done all the prep work for my coursework, and now just need to construct the template and start putting some initial colour schemes together... Lets see if this one can turn out successful!

As I am soon visiting Barcelona, I have started a mini project on this city, where I will be researching the area, and looking at some artists and might even have a peek at some street art. Have a glance at my sketchbook found on my A-Level PVA section (here) to see it developing.

Today I have been given the brief for my next ICT project....and this time it is something I will find more exciting. Im going to design and construct a website, which is one of my interests, so it should be quite interesting, and slightly easier this time...Now just need to think of a theme to base it on :D

Just paid for a trip to Barcelona in October which will be interesting! Going to look at some amazing inspirational artwork...
