Fire Kills Presentation

You can look at my final presentation of the Fire Kills campaign by downloading this PDF.

Website Banner/Advertisement

To compliment our website, and to encourage visitors to the site, we wanted to create a website banner/advertisement that can be placed onto various sites around the internet. It follows the same theme as our site and uses similar colours. The above images show the development of this image in its improving versions...

Live Mockup Of Site

The next stage of development for our campaign was to put together a mock-up of what the site may look like. This is now complete, and you can view the site here.

This has been created in Adobe Dreamweaver, and will be the same tool used if we were going to make the website as a completed project (rather than just the idea). I have used HTML to set up the structure of the site, following the wireframe plan (in the previous post), and then CSS to style it - add the colours, sizing, background images, and font choice etc.

Website Planning

As the main part of our idea was to create a video, we are wanting to add this onto our own website, which will provide information and a place for this video to be located. It can then be easily linked to and spread across the Internet.

Therefore before I make the website I wanted to draw up a basic wireframe plan, which allows me to decide on where everything can be placed, and the sizing/proportion of elements on the page.

I achieved this by drawing several boxes on Photoshop and labelling them to correspond with what content will be filling them.

Video Storyboard

This is a sketch of our initial storyboard for our Fire Kills video:
